Operating one of the major rail networks for commuters across the south east, First Capital Connect (part of First Group) enlisted the help of Corixa to deliver strategic communication campaigns to help engage passengers and key stakeholders.
To date, Corixa has successfully implemented a successful communication programme from media relations support, gate line vinyls, on train posters, posters at stations to roadshows and leafleting at stations.
First Capital Connect asked Corixa to refresh the design, style and content of Your Journey, FCC’s bi-monthly customer focused magazine. Our consumer-focussed approach brought a new dimension to Your Journey, which was a big hit with commuters. For each edition we write, edit and manage distribution to over 67,000 customers.
