Media relations

In response to two major changes to the mortgage market, notably the onset of regulation via the Financial Services Authority and the surge in specialist or non-standard mortgage lending, Money Partners- the brainchild of two well-known industry entrepreneurs – launched as a new specialist lender on mortgage regulation day 01 November 2004.

We were appointed to roll out a phased launch campaign aimed at raising awareness of the lender’s offer with mortgage intermediaries and the corresponding specialist media . As well as the immediate launch, we also developed and implemented an ongoing communications programme designed to establish the new lender’s credibility as the leading light in a very competitive industry.

An intensive media relations programme formed the foundation of activity that we delivered for Money Partners. Working with the communications director, this activity resulted in ongoing proactive requests for market comment, feature contribution and other high profile editorial opportunities.
