Media relations
Based on the principles of Learning By Doing, Young Enterprise is now the UK’s leading business and education enterprise charity. The organisation works with schools to encourage young achievers to develop their entrepreneurial skills in a competitive environment.
The Corixa team works on a pro bono basis with Young Enterprise South West to promote the organisation’s work across the region. The main objective for us is to gain more support from businesses to work with the schools taking part in the Young Enterprise programme.
Our work is focused on regional media relations and raising the profile of YESW, which is implemented through a mixture of news releases and case studies about the various schools and teams who take part in the national competition, throughout the year. Corixa recently supported the South West regional final awards ceremony, sponsored by local companies, and ensured coverage was achieved about the ceremony and the winning team.
