First Capital Connect: Customer Communications Campaigns
Operating one of the major rail networks for commuters in the south east, First Capital Connect (part of First Group) enlisted the help of Corixa to deliver strategic communication campaigns to help raise awareness of investment made in stations, services provided and staff across the network. This helps educate and change perceptions of the service delivered by the train operating company, which are reflected in the bi-annual National Passenger Survey. To date, Corixa has successfully implemented a wide range of communication tactics from media relations support, gate line vinyls, on train posters, posters at stations to roadshows and leafleting at stations.
First Capital Connect: Your Journey Magazine
Operating one of the major rail networks for commuters in the south east, First Capital Connect (part of First Group) appointed Corixa to refresh the design, style and content of Your Journey, FCC’s bi-monthly customer focused magazine. Our consumer-focussed approach brought a new dimension to Your Journey, which was a big hit with commuters. For each edition we write, edit and manage distribution to over 67,000 customers including distribution at stations, and the magazine’s fulfilment to a database of over 23,000 customers.
