Simon Weaver Organic Dairy
Simon Weaver Organic Dairy produces award-winning Cotswold Brie and is run by husband and wife team Carole and Simon Weaver. As well as helping taste the occasional wedge of cheese, the Corixa team implements a trade and consumer media relations campaign for the dairy. In addition, we’ve also produced a series of recipe cards, shaped new packaging development and manage much of the content on the company’s website.
