Managing issues across the Greene King managed pub estate
Greene King Pub Company is one of the UK's largest pub companies. It owns a broad variety of pubs across the country including the Hungry Horse and Old English Inns brands.
We were tasked to provide on-call support for all the company's managed pub outlets right across the country.
Corixa helped communicate with staff, customers, police, regional authorities and other significant stakeholders following problems at specific pubs, often keeping Greene King's name out of the media.
