Manage a crisis or an issue

This is a service we hope our clients won't need, but sometimes it's impossible to avoid something going wrong. It could be an unhappy customer, a rogue employee, a faulty product, a legal case or even flooding or fire. Whatever it is, when things don't go to plan everyone needs clear, consistent, communication that keeps them up to date on what's going on.

Ultimately preventing a crisis or an issue in the first place is the preferred option for our clients. We will therefore help identify internal and external threats and establish processes for escalating, tackling and addressing issues to prevent them becoming public and damaging a reputation.

We have extensive experience helping some of clients manage difficult issues - sometimes on a weekly basis.

We helped Greene King, one of the country's biggest pub groups, with weekly issues that came up in their managed house estate.
