Although clients are different, at Corixa we believe that they should all receive a guaranteed level of service that helps them control, plan and measure their investment in our work. Most consultancies don't provide clients with the tools to manage their consultancy relationship effectively, however, we don't follow the pack.
We provide:
A clear charging structure - We work to a day rate for a client team. Clients will all receive a team of at least two people with an experienced account director managing the account with support from an account manager. We don't mark up expenses and we agree costs on items like photography or design etc before buying in.
Strategic planning - Before we start work to fulfil the communications objectives we will provide clients with an outline strategy and take this into a communications workshop.
At the workshop we will agree the strategy and plan as well as the key messages that need to be communicated and the target audience. We can look at what materials we will need to deliver the programme such as press packs, fact sheets and website information and identify where we have gaps. We can also assess the need for activity like media training for designated spokespeople.
A service level agreement - Once the plan is in place we will agree the number of "outputs" that we can carry out on a monthly basis or during the project lifetime. These may include the number of press releases you can expect each month or case studies, feature articles etc.
Quality account management - As part of our standard SLA we will provide clients with weekly reporting, monthly meetings and quarterly reviews.
An evaluation of our value and your investment - As part of our standard offer we provide clients with a quarterly review process which will involve:
- An evaluation of the communications activity against agreed objectives
- Key outputs and successes over the quarter (we provide a quantitative and qualitative analysis of our work which takes into consideration the volume of media coverage, delivery of key messages, key media penetration and journalist opinion tracking)
- Challenges, learning and recommendations
